Meels-On-Wheels WNC
Local Meals-On-Wheels and other non-profit meal organizations are set up all over the world, and they help fill the need that many frail and recovering seniors have by providing nutritious meals. Most are in need of volunteers and funding to help provide meals to seniors.

Habitat for Humanity
Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity’s mission is to change the lives of families living in inadequate housing .Founded in 1983 as an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, Asheville Area Habitat builds houses within Buncombe County.
Our goal for July 2006 through June 2009 is to build an average of 16 houses per year. This means starting a new Habitat house every 23 days! www.habitat.org
